Astrolabe guarantees you will receive quality products that are in new condition (unless otherwise noted in the product description). We will take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery. Astrolabe backs all of its products with a 10 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms and conditions outlined below, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or receive defective items.

All software, audio, video, and electronic products are nonrefundable once opened (i.e. removed from shrink-wrap or seal broken), unless defective, in which case the item will be exchanged for the exact same product(s). Astrolabe is not responsible for the purchase of software that is incompatible with your computer system. Please make sure the software is compatible with your system before purchase. Clearance items are sold as is, all sales final, no returns.

Under no circumstances will Astrolabe be obligated to honor any return or defective item request made more than 10 days after the day the order was shipped. If a return is received after 10 days, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Defective Items
Items that are found to be defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the product is no longer in stock, Astrolabe will issue a full refund for the product. Astrolabe reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are defective prior to issuing a refund.

Astrolabe will arrange to pay shipping costs (within the Continental USA only) associated with returning defective item(s).

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, we must receive it in new condition (sealed if it was sealed) to receive a full refund for the product. For exchanges, please call Customer Service at (630) 495-3000 prior to returning your item. Shipping cost on a return/exchange is the customer's responsibility. Please note that when returning items on which you have received free shipping, that free shipping will no longer apply if you fall below the free shipping threshold.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of returned merchandise; more time may be required to issue and mail a company check for cash/check orders. For faster processing, be sure to include a copy of your packing slip.
